A prestigious award, represented by one of the renowned and respectable group in Indian Business again presented along with the elite institutes including IIM. The institute efforts for imparting skills among rural youth was accoloaded by the award presenters.
A nomination was received for IBMRD as one of the contenders for “Best Rural Professional College” by SPPU.

Total grant of 32,50,000 was credited to IBMRD during the tenure of Dr Ingle which included construction, quality improvement grants for seminars and conferences. The accomplishment was important considering the paucity of opportunities for self financed institutes to give for such systems.
During the aforesaid tenure organized various QIP initiatives for academic growth of staff and faculty which are listed in Conferences/Seminars organized. Apart from seminars and conferences, various initiatives such as Academic audit, formation of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell, College Development Committee, faculty syndicate were promoted and carried through to guarantee that the content delivery and content deliver attain high academic standards.
Considering the important role of alma matter in the day to day affairs of the institute functioning an Alumni Centre was formed under the aegis of IBMRD Alumni Society which was registered as a separate NGO. This initiative proved fruitful as it ensured reunion and nostalgia among alma matter which reinvigorated their interest. Contributions from alumni, contributions in the form of expert lectures and student adoption were some of the key characteristics that merit extra mention. Infact intiative was also taken to connect to faculty members which resulted in eminent academicians including Dr.S.B.Nimse, Vice Chancellor, Lucknow University, Lucknow to join as advisory board member
An advisory panel of eminent academicians and practitioners from industry was one of the key feature of the incumbency. This ensured that versatile experience of these international and national personalities ensured a vision and action plan for IBMRD for its holistic development. The panel consisted of 35 eminent academicians including 4 Vice Chancellors, 2 Foreign Scholars, one each from South Africa and Kenya and 2 Deans and Chairman of Associations of AMMI and MAMI.
In spite of the fact that most of students came from the rural background who needed considerable training and support to appear and sustain in corporate life, we were able to place 515 students in 91 organizations with an average annual CTC of more than 2.5 lakhs per annum.
With a preview to promote enterprunership among rural youth a special initiative along with MSME (Micro, Small, medium Enterprise) and DIC (District Industrial Corporation) was undertaken and proudly can state 25 students started their own venture by our constant follow up and support for the same.
As a sharp interest in streamlining lecture delivery and content assimilation was undertaken which helped to improve the MBA results of IBMRD from 58.33% in 2009 to 75.47% in 2014-15.
A policy designed for student participation in various initiatives with the intent to further skill sets among rural student who would usually shy away from such issues. To mention among many two students won the first prize in MSME national competition and one of the students stood first at the national level project competition at GCOE, Shevgoan.
As a strong believer in industry participation in syllabus design and content delivery so that a practical approach is incorporated in learning designed a detailed policy for industry and industry expert participation in institute activity. As a result, during the tenure signed 28 MoU with industry in the vicinity of the institute.
Designed and put through the policy of faculty development as a result of which 10% of faculty members are PhD holders, 50% are pursuing their PhD and 10% are UGC-NET (National Eligibility Test) qualified.
In fact faculty publications have been encouraged through systematic training which has enabled 158 research paper publications and 14 Books from faculty members.

Nominated as a visionary committee member. The appointment of Visionary committee members was done by the management considering the profile and justice afforded to the additional job responsibilities during previous tenure. The part of visionary member was envisigased as crucial as this office included the preparation and execution of JSPM group which compromised of 12 Management institutes running various forms such as MBA/MCA/PGDM. Apart from management courses the group is involved in various education initiatives.
